Delivery for Online Orders

As soon as you have placed your order, please send a copy of your ID as proof of age.  A copy of your driving licence, passport, CitizenUK card or Forces ID card will suffice.  Please send to id@swordkings.co.uk . Please note, if you place your order, but then refuse or are unable to comply with our age check or do not provide proof of age, we reserve the right to cancel your order and charge a 20% restocking fee capped at £5.  This helps us cover the time spent liaising with you and the costs incurred for the card transaction.  We aim to process and post out all online orders within 5 working days.  Larger items are sent 48 hour tracked and smaller items tracked 2-4 days.  Should you require a faster shipping turn around please do contact us to see if this is doable.  We are often away at shows Fridays to Sundays so please bear this in mind when managing your expectations on response and delivery. 

Please note that should you be lucky enough to look under 25 you may be asked for ID on delivery.  If you are asked for ID and do not have suitable ID, (Driving Licence, passport, CitizenUK card or Forces ID) your items cannot be delivered and your postage will not be refunded.

All delivery services provided are fully tracked.

We only deliver to the UK.

Highlands, Islands etc will incur a higher postage cost unfortunately as our parcel couriers do charge more for these areas.

When placing your order we advise that you group all your required items within one order. The system can not identify that you have already placed an order and postage fees will be applied to each order you place.  For example should you order a sword today at 1pm and then at 4pm decide to purchase something else, both will incur postage fees.  Should you find yourself in this situation please message us directly and we can sort this for you.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as unfortunately delays can and do occur when using couriers.

If you do not collect your parcel from the Royal Mail sorting office or ParcelForce depot it will be returned to us and you will have to pay for re-delivery.

Delivery for Show Orders

If you have purchased an item from us at one of the shows we attend, the following apply.

The majority of orders will be processed and shipped in the two weeks following the show.  All items will be posted via Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail Signed For.  Please note that if you are lucky enough to look under 25 you may be asked for photo ID on delivery.  If you are asked for ID and do not have suitable ID, (Driving Licence, passport, CitizenUK card or Forces ID) your items cannot be delivered and your postage will not be refunded.

If you have paid for expedited shipping then your order will be shipped out in the first week after the show. This is great if you are going on holiday, moving house, have bought it for a present or are just too darn tooting excited and need your new shiny thing now!!   The Faster Shipping is strictly limited to only 20 max per show to ensure that we don’t let people down.

If you haven’t received your order by the 4th Monday after the show then please contact us with your name and order number and we will endeavour to sort it out for you.

Please note that in the event that you change your mind about your item, there will be a return postage charge between £10 and £60 depending on the item and method of shipping.  Please also note that if the item is returned to us as it was unable to be delivered and/or it was uncollected from Royal Mail or ParcelForce then this will also incur the return postage fee and a re-postage fee for us to send it back out again.
