Returns are easy. There will be no charge for returns if the goods are deemed faulty. If you have a change of heart and decide you have ordered the wrong product then please notify us within 14 days of delivery and then return the item/s within the next 14 days. The return of the goods will be at your expense.  Please note that items must be in unused, unassembled condition and in their original packaging in a saleable condition. Once we have received the item/s back we will refund or exchange as required within 14 days. You may arrange your own courier or we can organise one on your behalf at your expense.  All returned items that are damaged by the courier are not refundable or exchangeable, so please ensure all returns are well packaged

If an item is returned unwanted/unsuitable, which brings the value of your order below an offer threshold or the threshold for free delivery your refund will be adjusted to reflect the fact that the offer is no longer valid. 

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: –
(1) In the event that the product has been used – unless the product is faulty

Please note that with the exception of some penknives and fixed blade knives the majority of our products are ornamental use only.  Swords returned due to being used and/or hit on things will not be refunded.

(2) In the event that the product has been assembled – unless the product is faulty
(3) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
(4) The items were ordered especially for you from our supplier
(5) You did not inform us that you wish to return your product(s) within 14 days of delivery.
